Hotel Lipka

Hotel Lipka is situated at the foot of Bjelasica Mountain, in a little town called Kolasin. It was opened at the end of 2007 and although it is only a small hotel it has all of the facilities and services of much larger resorts including Wellness facilities (sauna, Jacuzzi and a massage salon) that will make you forget your everyday worries while your children can play in the children's playroom with the well-trained staff.

Late check-out is applicable, but it has to be agreed with the reception or travel agency.

Policy on children staying with parents:

The policy for children staying with parents is as follows:

- staying tax and insurance for children between 12 and 18 years is 0.90 Euros per person, per night

- staying tax and insurance for children between 0 and 12 years is 0.50 Euros per person per night

- breakfast supplement for third person between 2 and 12 years is 2.50 Euros per person, per day

- children between 0 and 2 years stay free of charge

- baby crib is provided free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

• 20% of total estimated cost will be charged if reservation is cancelled after confirmation
• 50 % of total estimated cost will be charged if cancelled 45 -15 days before arrival
• 80% of total estimated cost will be charged if cancelled 15 - 2 days before arrival
• 100% of total estimated cost will be charged if cancelled 2 - 1 day before arrival

Please note the following:

- rates of Hotel Lipka are quoted on per room, per day basis

- all rates include breakfast and VAT

- extra sofa beds are available only with bookings for the executive suite

- breakfast supplement for a third person over 12 years is 5 Euros per person, per day (only for executive suite)

- half board supplement is 15 Euros per person, per day (a la carte menu)

- full board supplement is 30 Euros per person, per day (a la carte menu)

- all guests are entitled to a free use of fitness and sauna facilities

- parking is free for all guests

- all rooms are non-smoking.
